The final release for February in Joyclair's Color by Faith series is called "Let That Light Shine."
This was actually the first journalling page for me. And to be honest I had a hard time with it. I have a nasty habit of being a literal person, and there aren't many grey areas lol. So I have a hard time interpreting things if they aren't black and white. Perhaps this new artistic venture will help me to get passed that.
I chose the verse from Matthew 5:16 to create this page for: "In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven."
It turned out to be a little easier than I thought, and after adding the stamps, I also decided to add my own image to the page. It just needed something to finish it off, and I thing the words and the eye have completed this page perfectly :)

All Things are Possible with Joy Clair Stamps
This is the third stamp set released this month by Joy Clair in their Color by Faith series, it is called "All Things are Possible".
I created this page for the verse Mark 10:27: 'Jesus looked at them and said, "With man it is impossible, but not with God. For all things are possible with God.'
Is this not the truest thing you've ever heard? Without faith in what God has done and will do, we would not have the courage to do many of the things we aspire to do. And if we do not have courage, we do nothing.
Short and sweet, because that's all there is to say. This one is black and white for me. There is no grey area. It is what it is. If we have faith, we have courage, and if we have courage, we can do anything. My courage has waned as of late, because my faith has as well. It is growing again and getting stronger. I am on my way to doing anything :)

Grow in Faith with JoyClair Stamps
For my second Joyclair Color by Faith bible journalling page this month, I am creating with the "Grow in Faith" stamp set.
For this project I chose the verse from Luke 8:5: "A sower went out to sow his seed. And as he sowed, some fell along the path and was trampled underfoot, and the birds of the air devoured it."
I pondered this one for a bit and came to realize that I believe this verse is essentially telling us to take care of even the smallest seeds, no matter where they land. We have so much to teach and to show, and if we are not careful to nurture even the smallest morsel of knowledge, it will be lost. And if we wish the future to be better and brighter with our knowledge, then we must take special care with that knowledge. This does not mean we cannot sow the knowledge, but that we must continue to nourish it.
This is another new release for February, there's many new sets released every month! Come back soon to see more ;)
