Do you ever have a stamp company (or two...or six) that is no longer around but you wish they would come back?!? I do, and Saturated Canary is one of them. I created this good vibes special notes keeper for my grandson Colton to keep his certificates, awards, good notes in for school using the Little Super Hero stamp set from Saturated Canary. He is in kindergarten and may need some encouragement :)

Hey! I'm thinking About You!
Good day my friends! Popping in to share a project with you today for Artful Angel using the Hey Hey Hey stamp set from Catherine Pooler.
This is such a versatile stamp set! It can be used for masculine or feminine cards, for children or adults, and even seniors!
For this card, I chose a more masculine color palette and created a plaid background with my Copic markers. I stamped the large empty Hey sentiment and also colored it with my Copics and then deepened the shading with my Prismacolor Premiere pencils.
To finish it off, I added another sentiment and some of my favorite enamel dots.

A Fun Friendly Challenge
Hello everyone, a friend and I were talking...ok, so we were Facebook messaging, lol, and we came up with a fun challenge between us. We decided we would take turns each month and send each other an element that could be used in card making. It doesn't matter if we hate it or love it, we still had to use it, lol.
My friend is Jammie (pronounced Jamie) Clark and she is from Idaho (potatoes anyone?) LOL! Jammie is great and has a fantastic sense of humor lol. She and I send jokes about each others countries back and forth all the time, eh? Jammie's blog is www.jammied.com and you can go and visit and see if you can determine what our element is this month :)
So, I decided not to make a card...rebel, I know. I have a bunch of these little notebooks that I wanted to get started on for craft fairs, and this gave me the perfect opportunity to get them started!
To alter these notebooks, I used paper from the DCWV The Primrose collection, and the sentiment, flower stamps and dies are from the Lovely Flowers stamp and die set from Catherine Pooler's latest Stamp of Approval Collection called Lovely Notes :) I also used Nuvo Crystal Drops in Caribbean Ocean and Ivory Seashell, which you can find here :)
So, that is my project for this month for our fun and friendly challenge. Stay tuned next month when Jammie and I create something with an element that I sent her from Canada ;) You never know what we'll come up with!

Paper Girls Challenge "Use Your Scraps"
I am back with another Guest Design project for the Paper Girls Challenge blog :)
The challenge this week is "Use Your Scraps":
This was a fun and quick project for me, and I was able to use up some scraps and I got to use some dies and a sentiment stamp from my Stamp of Approval "Beautiful World" collection :) I used paper scraps from the Doodlebug Design "Bunnyville" collection, as well as some scraps of black.
I want to thank the girls at The Paper Girls Challenge blog for asking me to Guest Design, it's been a blast :)

Lala Land Crafts' Rose Faerie Marci with Quick Creations
Hello everyone, I hope you are all well and happy :) I am so looking forward to spring, and it was almost here! I say was...lol...because it happened again, like every year, it snowed again, just when the grass was beginning to show again. A whole foot of snow! Anyways, enough of my belly aching.
I have created a card using Rose Faerie Marci by Lala Land Crafts and some gorgeous Fairy Dust paper from Kaisercraft.
I was having so much fun with that gorgeous paper from Kaisercraft, that I couldn't stop at just this card, lol, so I CASed a recent card from Catherine Pooler and created this card :)
You can find the Rose Faerie Marci stamp from Lala Land Crafts and the Fairy Dust paper from Kaisercraft in Noelle Martins online shop at Quick Creations.
There is also a monthly challenge going on, and the theme is HEARTS! Come and show us what you can come up with!
