 Hey crafty friends, I am here to share a card with you today featuring the Flower Whale stamp set from The Rabbit Hole Designs.  I think this is one of my all-time favorite stamp sets!  Whimsical, yet classy.  I love it!

 Good afternoon friends, we have a few new stamps to share with you this week for Artful Angel.  I have created this card for you today featuring the new stamp set Cownt Your Blessings, which will be available in the Artful Angel shop on November 25th.

Books are Magic with Sweet Sentiment Stamps

 Booklovers unite! Lol, we are avid readers in my house, and I suspect my daughter will be claiming this bookmark I created using two stamp sets from Sweet Sentiment stamps.

I combined two stamp sets from Sweet Sentiment Stamps to create this bookmark:  the sentiment if from Books and Bears, and the flower and hummingbird are from an older stamp set which is no longer available.

I colored the image with my Copic markwrs and layered it over spome patterned paper.  I will be laminating the bookmark to give it some stability and protection, but I wanted to wait till after I took the photo :)

There are so many wonderful stamp sets in the Sweet Sentiment shop, have you checked it out lately?  One of my favorite Copic-friendly papers is from Sweet Sentiment Stamps!

Santa's Crew with Artful Angel

 Good morning my friends,  I am here to share a Christmas tag with you today featuring the Santa's Crew stamp set from Artful Angel.  This stamp set is part of the new release from Artful Angel and includes a reindeer, two elves and a couple of sentiments.

I used the reindeer image and colored him with my Copic markers.  I added some snowflake die cuts from a Catherine Pooler stamp and die set (from one of the first few Stamps of Approval kits!) and layered them over some Christmas patterned paper.  The sentiment was also part of the same patterned paper sheet.

Such a classic Christmas stamp set that pairs perfectly with the Santa and The Mrs stamp set and the Big Christmas stamp set also from Artful Angel!

Fairy Door with Woodware Designs

 Good day my friends, the snow is starting to stay on the ground here in the north.  How is the weather in your neck of woods? 

I am here to share a single-layer card with you today featuring the Fairy Door stamp set from Woodware Designs.  This company is fast becoming one of my favourites; stamp designer Francois Reed in particular!

I have colored this image wiht my Copic markers.  This stamp set is available (on sale!) at Scrapbook.com :)

Unfortunately I had a sticky marker and had to add some colored pencil over top to, not only deepend the shadows, but also to combat the shine fromt he sticky marker (ew).

What do you do to combat the shine left from a sticky marker?  I have also heard people use their embossing powder tools over the image to get a matte finish back.  Let me know in the comments below what you tips and tricks are for sticky marker shine!

Merry & Bright with Joy Clair Designs

 I am back and hopefully fully on the mend!  The white stuff is starting to layer on the ground and I am well on my to meeting my Christmas card goal!  I am sharing a fun Christmas card with you today featuring the Merry & Bright digital stamp set from Joy Clair Designs.

I printed the present image in this digital stamp set large like I love to do lol.  I colored it with my Copic markers and popped it up on some dimensional adhesive.  I layered it and the sentiment from the same set over some banners I cut from patterned paper.  Lastly I added a bow made from teal colored string and some enamel dots from Gina Marie Designs.

Christmas Wish with Joy Clair Designs

 I am back again today, yes, it's catchup day after being down and out for the last two weeks with Covid.  And sadly, now my daughter is also recovering.  Anywho...I am back to share a Christmas card with you today featuring the Christmas Wish digital stamp set from Joy Clair Designs.

 

I colored this skiing Santa with my Copic markers and then layered hi over some die cut patterned paper to look like a hill.  Not everyone has a white Christmas like we do up here in the North, so I thought it would be fun!  I added some die cut snowflakes to mix it up hahaha.  I layered up the sentiment on some dimension to give it interest and finished it off with some of my favorite enamel dots from Gina Marie Designs.

First of All Digital Stamps with Joy Clair Designs

 Hello crafty peeps!  It's a beautiful day here in the north with a an inch of fluffy white stuff on the ground!  I am here to share a card with you today featuring the First of All Digital stamp set from Joy Clair Designs.

This stamp set features two beautiful floral designs and 2 wonderful sentiments that can be used for any special person in your life.

To create this card, I colored one of the floral images with my Copic markers in my favorite color.  Then I layered it over a die cut doily and a paper doily to create some depth.  The flower and the digital sentiment from the same set are popped up on dimensional adhesive.  Lastly, I added some purple bling to give it that pop.

I will be back again soon with more inspiration...we are recovering from Covid in my house, so now I'm playing catchup ;)

Santa & Mrs with Artful Angel

 

It's starting to cold up here in the North, and Covid has struck my household again!  I am currently playing catchup with this project for Artful Angel, using new release Santa & The Mrs and Big Christmas  clear stamp sets.
