Wow, thank goodness, spring is hopefully coming soon. I have had about enough of winter this year lol. And on that note, I created a fun Hello card for Crafty Ribbons for you today.

35 mm Satin Ribbon in New Turquoise
9mm Music Notes, Grosgrain
Morlaix Cotton Lace in White

Happy Birthday in Red Fire for Sweet Stamps
I have created a fiery Happy Birthday card for you today for Sweet Stamps LLC, using some vibrant reds, oranges and yellows.
To create this card, I used the Shades ink spots in Dandelion, Rustic and Valentine, in the direct to paper method. Then I taped down my paper and the AS66-011 Abstract Stencil. I embossed the image with clear embossing powder and after it was dry, I took my Memento Tuxedo Black and colored the paper. I wiped off the embossing with a damp cloth, and viola! I added the Happy Birthday sentiment form the Framed Handwritten Words stamp set popped upon some die cuts.
Such a fun card to make and I love the outcome :) You can find the products I have linked in the Sweet Stamps online shop here :) And don't forget to come and join us for the two monthly challenges over on the Sweet Stamps Challenge blog!

From the Hollow "Hello" with Quick Creations
Hello everyone! I have a sweet "Hello" card for you today, using "Serena", a Little Darlings/From the Hollow stamp. Noelle Martin carries this stamp in her online store at Quick Creations, as well as many others :)
I colored up using my Copics and Prismacolor Premiere pencils in the following colors:
Skin: E00
PC 939, 927, 1029
Hair: E31
PC1084, 941, 947
Wings: G00
PC992, 905, 1027, 901
Clothes: BV000, YG61
PC956, 1008, 932, 1089, 1090, 908
To complete this card, I used paper from the Prima "Princess" 6x6 pad, some adhesive ribbon from my stash, embellishments from my stash, and the Magnolia Doohickey Doily Flowers die set (substitute-Peony Petals). I also used Distress Inks in the following colors on the paper, flower dies and wooden embellishments: Antique Linen on the paper background, Peacock Feathers on the wooden embellishments and the flower die cuts, and Tattered Rose on the wooden embellishment.
Noelle will be out of commission this month, after having surgery last week, so please keep her in your prayers for a speedy recovery. I know she will be chomping at the bit to get back to her shop and DT duties!
On that note, there won't be a challenge this month for the same reason, I'm sure you understand :) But you can keep checking on the blog, as Noelle and her team have worked really hard to have February's posts all ready to go for you!

An Animals Only Challenge over at Crafty Ribbons :)
Well, this was a fun challenge :) The theme for this week's challenge at Crafty Ribbons is to create something using only animals, no humans. For those of us that enjoy our usual creating with human character images, this was a bit of a challenge, but I think it turned out pretty good :)
I used the Animal Cuddles Digi Bunnies for this project. I resized the image so that only the girl bunny was on my card panel, and colored her using my Copics and Prismacolor Premiere pencils, and topped the card with some Animal Cuddles - Bunnies Grosgrain Ribbon. So cute! I love it :)
This challenge starts right now so hurry up and enter for your chance to win some fabulous ribbon from Crafty Ribbons!

Happy Anniversary with Some Piccolos and Sweet Stamps!
Hello everyone, I have some fun inspiration for you today for Sweet Stamps:
I created this card using several different Piccolo sets:
A126 Flourish Accents
A103 Butterfly Flurry Flourishes
F102 French Oval Frame
And several different enamel powders:
Girl's Night Out
Shamrock Dreams
Aged White
As well as two stamp sets lol:
Framed Handwritten Words SS4406
Jasmine 4017J
And some Distress Ink:
I completed the Piccolo components for this card weeks ago, and just hadn't figured it all out in my head yet as to how it was going to come together, until today. Right in the midst of another project I glanced at them and BINGO! It came to me lol. Sometimes that is just how the creative process works I guess.
You can find all of these products in the online shop at Sweetstamps.com and Iheartpaperart.com and I have linked each product directly for you :)
Come back soon and see some more fun inspiration for Sweet Stamps LLC!
